- Marina Reservoir and its magical backdrop
Singapore’s newly-created Marina Reservoir, with its 1000m straight course, will be the perfect venue for the Canoe events during the YOG. A new 32-hectare park next to Marina Reservoir will be the on-land staging area of the Canoe events, which will include a 1000-strong seating gallery.
Situated at the heart of the up-and-coming Marina South district, the Marina Reservoir is an iconic venue with Singapore’s business and financial district as its backdrop.
Venue is located off Rhu Cross Road, before the Marina Bay Golf Course Entrance. Road access is from Stadium Way (Near the Indoor Stadium), or Fort Road. Bus service 158 stops in front of Costa Rhu Condominium. It is also served by the Stadium MRT Station.
